(g) No call shall be made by such vessels between

Canton and Hong Kong.

(h) When necessary for military reasons, the Japanese

authorities may temporarily close the Pearl River to

such vessels. (N.B. Whenever such temporary closing

becomes necessary, the Japanese Authorities will not

ask for calls at Hong Kong by Japanese Government

chartered vessels over such period.)

(i) Such vessels will navigate at their own risk.

(j) Such vessels shall adjust their speed in the

Pearl River so that they will not cause inconvenience

or danger to small craft.
